IsiCom is a major distributor of Plantronics headsets for phones and computers. From their Gothenburg office, they sell the entire range of Plantronics products to distributors all over Sweden. The company has 13 employees and a turnover of around €10M (2014).
Finding an integrated solution that supported extensive reporting, web shop management and helped to automate as many processes as possible.
Isicom has used Standard ERP since 1997 and the installation has grown with the changing size and conditions of the company. One of the first additions to the basic functionality was the inclusion of the Web Shop & CMS module which allows customers to place their orders online, view stock levels and get price information in real time. Sending and receiving order confirmations, managing bookings and identification labels are done automatically from Standard ERP and the customers can at any time follow the progress of their order by logging into the webpage. Sending invoices externally is also completely automated - as soon as an invoice is marked as OK the invoice is sent to the customers as an email, EDI invoice or printed by a third party printing partner.
